Genuine Patient Care
I tend to tense up when I go to dentist. With a history of periodontal issues, I needed a dentist that was skilled and knowledgeable but also someone that was going to take the time to care for my individual dental needs. Dr. Thompson and her team exceeded my expectations. The team at Silver Spring Dental Arts were friendly, empathetic, patient and showed genuine care for me as a patient. I appreciate the time and attentiveness I was given. Dr. Thompson approached my as a partner and I left more educated and empowered to manage my dental health! Dr. Thompson and her team are great. I called for an emergency and they got me right in. They dealt with my insurance and clearly explained why I had to pay 50% because my employer had decided that when they picked the plan. I have a new now dentist and I am glad they are in my neighborhood. Thanks!!
